About RiverSound

RiverSound is a beautiful, gated community along the shores of the Yeopim River in Edenton, North Carolina. The community comprises more than 250 lots, including lots with more than 10 acres, known as the Farms.

The subdivision has a community boat launch and dock, as well as a clubhouse and playground open to all residents. There are also park areas and viewing docks throughout the community that provide opportunities for enjoying the abundant wildlife.

The 225 lots in “RiverSound One” at RiverSound have their own sewage treatment plant, county water and paved roads. The 56 lots in “The Farms” at RiverSound will be well and septic. Where We Are

RiverSound is eight miles from downtown Edenton. And if you need to shop at the "big box" stores (Walmart, etc.), Elizabeth City is only 25 miles down the road. And the Outer Banks — 69 miles to the beach!
